1、负责TikTok内部AI搜索产品视觉搜索方向的增长策略运营，提升用户渗透率与认知占领； 2、深度理解AI行业发展趋势、用户需求与产品能力，结合TikTok内容和平台优势，构建具备TikTok差异化的AI搜索场景； 3、持续追踪模型产出质量和效率，通过提示词调优和训练方法升级等方式，同算法合作提升模型产出质量，打造视觉搜索需求承接理想态； 4、同算法/研发/分析师/法务等合作，独立负责项目推进，高效完成从体验假设到快速验证的闭环，对用户消费满意度负责。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业（人工智能、NLP、数据科学等）、中文/新闻/传播学等相关专业优先，1-3年AI运营、内容运营、提示词工程相关工作经验者优先； 2、具备良好的视频内容理解与信息提炼能力，能快速抓住不同类型视频的核心亮点与关键信息，文字表达清晰、精准、逻辑性强； 3、对AI技术（尤其是NLP模型、大语言模型）有基本认知，了解提示词撰写的核心逻辑与优化方法，有成功模型训练经验； 4、工作细致严谨，有较强的质量把控意识与责任心，能高效完成多任务并行处理； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能快速对接跨部门需求，推动工作落地。
