1、负责国际化产品内容安全审核相关平台的质量保障工作，覆盖服务端、平台系统及业务链路，保障产品质量、稳定性和线上交付效率；建设和完善平台系统质量保障体系，结合自动化测试、稳定性测试、专项质量建设等手段，持续提升测试效率、测试覆盖率及风险发现能力； 2、探索AI在质量保障和测试领域的应用，结合大模型、Agent、AI Coding等技术，建设智能化测试能力，包括测试用例生成、测试数据构造、风险分析、缺陷定位、自动化测试生成等场景，提升测试效率和质量保障能力； 3、负责AI相关业务及内容安全场景的测试与质量评估，探索AI模型/Agent的评测方法和测试体系，包括效果评测、场景评测、稳定性评测、安全性评测等，持续完善AI产品质量保障能力； 4、探索和落地SDT（场景驱动测试）等新型测试方法，结合业务场景、用户行为及线上风险，构建端到端测试场景和风险模型，提升复杂业务场景下的问题发现能力； 5、深入发掘和分析业务质量问题及线上风险，通过质量专项、测试工具、监控及自动化能力建设持续提升产品线上质量和风险防控能力，跟踪分析线上问题并定位根因，从测试方案、质量体系、稳定性建设等维度制定改进措施推动质量问题闭环，跨国家、跨地区协同研发、产品、运营及国际团队，高质量完成全球项目交付。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业优先； 2、2年以上测试开发工作经验，具备自动化测试、压力测试、稳定性保障、质量专项建设等经验者优先； 3、具备AI测试或AI应用实践经验，了解AI在软件测试和质量保障领域的应用，包括但不限于大模型评测、效果评测、测试数据生成、用例生成、智能缺陷分析、AI Coding、SDT等；有实际落地经验者优先；对大模型、Agent、AI Testing等技术方向有较好的理解，能够结合业务场景探索AI技术在测试效率提升、质量保障及风险发现方面的应用； 4、熟悉一种或多种编程语言，例如Python、Go、Java、Shell、C++等，具备较好的编码能力和自动化测试开发能力；具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，具备较强的学习能力、问题分析与解决能力，能够快速理解复杂业务，并具备较强的业务抽象和技术落地能力； 5、有国际化业务、内容安全、风控、审核平台或平台测试经验者优先。
