1、参与安全策略规划：参与TikTok直播场景的安全策略产品工作，了解和分析直播生态中的内容违规、欺诈作弊、未成年人保护、危险行为（如分心驾驶）等风险，协助制定并持续优化全生命周期风控策略； 2、推动产品方案落地：协助将安全管控需求转化为清晰的产品逻辑和系统方案，参与建设“机器算法拦截—人工审核介入—用户教育与申诉”的全链路产品闭环； 3、开展数据分析与策略优化：参与直播安全核心指标体系建设，通过数据分析、用户反馈和负面案例研究，追踪策略的召回率、准确率、打扰率等关键指标，并通过A/B测试等方式持续提升策略效果； 4、参与跨团队协作：与全球运营、法务、公关、算法模型和工程研发等团队紧密合作，协助推动跨部门项目按计划落地； 5、关注合规与本地化：持续关注不同国家和地区的政策法规、文化差异及用户习惯，协助优化直播安全策略，满足各地区的合规和本地化需求； 6、探索AI创新应用：关注大语言模型及多模态技术的发展，探索AI在复杂违规语境理解、风险内容识别、人工审核提效和黑灰产对抗等直播安全场景中的应用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、统计学、信息管理、公共政策、法律、新闻传播、外语等相关专业优先； 2、对互联网产品、直播生态、内容治理、风险控制或信任与安全领域有浓厚兴趣，具备较强的用户意识和风险敏感度； 3、逻辑思维清晰，对数据敏感，具备基础的数据分析能力；熟悉SQL、Python或其他数据分析工具者优先； 4、关注人工智能、大语言模型及多模态技术，了解AI的基本原理和典型应用；有AI产品、内容治理或风控方向的课程项目、科研、竞赛或实习经历者优先； 5、具备良好的产品思维、沟通协作能力和项目推进意识，能够快速理解复杂问题，并将其拆解为可执行的解决方案； 6、具备全球化视野和跨文化沟通意识，英语可作为工作语言，能够进行顺畅的书面及口语沟通。
