1、深入理解AI安全模型训练、评测与数据运营场景，拆解不同业务目标下的数据与评测需求； 2、结合模型能力、风险特征、治理要求和业务场景，设计更合理的数据生产与评测运营策略； 3、识别交付链路中的效率瓶颈、质量风险和协同卡点，推动形成系统性的优化方案； 4、推动人机协同、机器辅助、自动化质检、流程编排、AI Agent等在运营场景中的应用，搭建并优化与质量、效率、策略效果相关的指标体系，提升效率与稳定性，形成持续迭代的治理闭环； 5、与算法、产品、数据、运营、标注等多方协作，将复杂的业务问题转化为可规模化执行的运营方案；关注安全生态治理、模型表现反馈和策略有效性，推动评测与运营方式持续升级。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、统计学、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、对机器学习、大模型、模型评测、数据生产等链路有较强理解，能够快速学习并进入复杂场景； 3、具备优秀的问题拆解与方案设计能力，能将复杂需求转化为可执行、可规模化的运营与评测策略； 4、熟悉项目推进和跨团队协作，能够统筹多方角色推动复杂事项落地； 5、对质量治理、流程优化、效率提升有较强意识，具备相关项目经验者优先；有自动化、工具化、AI Agent、人机协同、Prompt Engineering等相关经验者优先； 6、具备较强的文档能力、沟通能力和推进能力，能够独立负责复杂主题的方案沉淀与落地。
