1、围绕TikTok LIVE产品能力，负责新功能及直播工具的全平台推广与落地，包括协调平台及区域资源，对Creator Network、主播及用户进行教育与渗透，提升功能使用规模及用户满意度； 2、搭建TikTok LIVE供应商体系，帮助创作者进行工具和设备升级，同时建设AI创作能力生态，总结沉淀AI工具在直播场景中的最佳实践，探索AI驱动的内容创新玩法及互动形式； 3、负责直播工具及核心功能的运营策略设计与执行，推动互动玩法、内容生产工具等在直播场景中的使用率提升，优化用户体验与内容表现； 4、基于平台核心指标，建立高频数据监控与分析机制，及时识别业务波动与风险，通过数据分析支持运营策略优化及业务决策，同时对接数仓及数据团队，优化现有数据后台体系，推动新业务数据能力建设； 5、负责AI实时互动内容创作工具的运营与落地，推动AI工具在直播场景中的渗透，设计创作者使用路径与运营策略，基于数据反馈与用户洞察推动AI能力持续优化与产品迭代； 6、以提升平台优质内容供给为目标，持续优化内容结构与创作效率，推动TikTok LIVE生态健康增长。

1、本科学历，3年以上直播或内容平台运营经验，有直播工具/功能运营经验优先（如互动玩法、直播辅助工具、创作者工具等）； 2、具备良好的数据分析能力，熟悉基础数据分析工具，对核心指标敏感，能够通过数据发现问题并提出可落地的优化方案； 3、理解直播内容生态及创作者行为，能够从用户与供给两侧出发，设计工具使用策略并推动落地； 4、对人工智能内容创作（AIGC）方向有兴趣或基础认知，有相关工具使用或项目经验者优先（如内容生成、互动玩法、人工智能辅助创作等）； 5、具备良好的跨团队协作能力与执行力，有对接产品、技术团队或外部供应商的经验，能够推动复杂项目高效落地； 6、英语流利，有国际化工作或留学经历者优先。
