1、负责用工管理平台及相关产品能力建设，覆盖人力规划与分配、人员与技能管理、供应商管理、任务/队列、权限配置、执行追踪及成本效率分析等场景，深入理解不同业务线、区域及用工模式下的业务流程，独立完成需求分析、产品方案设计、PRD、评审、UAT、上线及迭代，推动人员、岗位、技能、供应商、任务/队列等信息标准化、线上化； 2、结合用工管理及业务运营场景，识别适合通过AI和自动化提升效率的环节，探索大模型在需求理解、信息提取、配置生成、知识检索、数据校验、异常识别、资源匹配及运营决策等场景中的应用，参与AI Workflow、Agent、Skill等能力建设，推动跨系统查询、配置及运营操作自动化，并持续评估AI应用的准确率、覆盖率及效率收益； 3、梳理复杂业务流程及上下游系统关系，将共性需求沉淀为可复用的平台能力，参与标签、业务规则、数据口径、权限及配置体系建设，持续优化产品架构和系统边界，提升跨业务、跨系统的数据一致性及平台对多业务线、多区域和不同用工模式的灵活支持能力； 4、建立用工管理相关指标体系，围绕HC/FTE、人力供需、资源利用、成本、效率及质量等维度开展数据分析，通过数据监控识别流程及业务异常，支持人力规划、产能分析、供需匹配及成本效率分析，并以数据驱动产品、流程及运营策略持续优化； 5、与业务运营、Planning、产品、研发、数据、算法及供应商管理等团队紧密协作，负责项目计划、需求优先级及关键节点管理，协调解决项目推进中的问题，推动重点项目落地，并结合业务反馈和产品使用情况持续完善产品及运营机制。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上产品运营工作经验； 2、有To B平台、内部运营平台、Workforce Management、供应链、任务管理、项目管理等相关产品或运营经验； 3、具备较强的业务理解和流程梳理能力，能够独立完成复杂业务场景的需求分析和产品方案设计； 4、具备数据分析能力，熟悉SQL、Excel、BI等数据工具中的一种或多种，能够独立完成基础数据分析； 5、了解大模型及AI应用的基本能力，有Prompt、RAG、Agent、Workflow、AI Skill等相关实践经验。

加分项 1、有Workforce Management、人力规划、排班、产能规划、人员技能管理、BPO/供应商管理、人力成本或供需匹配经验； 2、有AI Workflow、Agent、RAG、知识库等企业级AI应用落地经验； 3、有标签平台、配置平台、规则引擎、权限系统、任务平台等平台型产品经验； 4、有内容审核、数据标注、客服、共享服务、供应链等运营场景经验； 5、有较强的数据能力，能够使用SQL独立完成数据提取、问题定位及效果分析； 6、英语可作为工作语言。
