日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、结合生态治理业务与模型迭代需求，开展AI模型训练、评测数据集的数据分析，设计数据校验实验方案，常态化维护数据集精准性、规范性； 2、对数据标注、质检全流程质量数据进行多维度分析，针对数据异常、标注误差等问题完成根因归因，输出优化方案，迭代数据生产规则与流程； 3、跟进数据集建设项目进度与质量，对接算法、产品、业务等跨部门协作，推进数据优化方案落地，保障项目高效交付。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学、数学、计算机、数据科学、金融工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备基础英文读写能力，可适配跨文化沟通； 3、掌握描述统计、假设检验、相关性分析等统计方法，具备独立数据分析与问题洞察能力； 4、对机器学习、大模型数据运营工作感兴趣，了解AI数据集构建、模型评测基础流程； 5、精通SQL，可独立完成复杂数据提取、清洗、聚合处理，高效支撑海量数据集分析工作； 6、有大模型数据集标注、质检、数据分析相关项目/实习经验优先，熟悉生态治理、环境监测、智慧城市相关业务，熟练使用Python、数据可视化工具及Excel高阶功能、熟练运用Claude、Codex、TRAE等各类AI辅助工具优先，能够借助AI工具提效提质，助力数据分析与数据治理项目高质量落地交付。
