1、政策结构化拆解与边界定义：把自然语言政策拆解成机器可执行的最小判断单元；定义政策层级结构与各层职责——哪一层驱动执行、哪一层承载解释；并在拆分粒度上作出可解释、可辩护的取舍；划清一条政策与相邻政策之间的边界，标准化标签口径，在模型放大混乱之前消解条款间的重叠； 2、判断逻辑与信号点设计：定义机器必须观察到什么才能作出判定、什么情况必须转人审；把抽象政策原则转化为具体的判断点； 3、评测体系设计：建立能够证明"模型真正理解了政策"而非"记住了表面特征"的验证方法——Golden Set、评估SOP，以及多指标共同验收，而非只看单一通过率； 4、错误归因：当出现错误执行时，判断根因在政策表述、guidance覆盖缺口、规则配置还是模型能力，并将不同根因分流到相应的修正路径； 5、案例审核标准化：在上述基础上，将案例审核与打标要求标准化，使其同时满足AI模型训练与业务需求，包括pattern bank的支撑建设与校准文档的标准化。

1、3年以上内容政策、信任与安全、政策运营、审核系统或规则治理相关经验； 2、有把自然语言规则转化为结构化、可执行判据的实际经验——政策拆解、标签体系、判断树、规则集，或Prompt/rule/label structure均可； 3、具备流程标准化与团队成员培训能力； 4、能定义「机器看到什么才判定」，而不只是「这条政策应该怎么理解」； 5、面对误判，能定位其真实根因——表述、覆盖、配置还是模型——并说明判断依据； 6、理解规则、小模型、LLM与Agent各自的能力边界与适用场景，能主动识别政策之间的重叠，而不是逐条孤立处理；不要求具备建模或工程能力。

加分项 1、Golden Set或评估SOP的设计经验； 2、政策平台、规则引擎或知识库的数据建模经验； 3、LLM/Agent系统的Prompt或规则结构设计经验； 4、跨团队质量门禁、审核checklist或sign-off SOP的设计经验。
