日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：TikTok是一个覆盖150个国家和地区的国际短视频平台，我们希望通过TikTok发现真实、有趣的瞬间，让生活更美好。TikTok在全球各地设有办公室，全球总部位于洛杉矶和新加坡，办公地点还包括纽约、伦敦、都柏林、巴黎、柏林、迪拜、雅加达、首尔和东京等多个城市。

1、深度体验并调研全球全品类AI产品：基础大模型、C端AI应用、Vibe coding开发工具、多模态Agent/Skills、游戏AI工具，覆盖国内与国际化赛道； 2、完成产品深度体验、横向评测、行业趋势拆解，输出结构化产品体验分析报告； 3、持续跟踪全球AI新品、新功能动态，落地各类AI产品案例专项研究； 4、完整记录产品交互流程、核心能力、优缺点、用户痛点、商业化模式，输出体验测评文档。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，专业不限，计算机、产品设计、新媒体、数字媒体等相关方向优先； 2、深度使用过国内+国际化多款AI产品，不限于大模型、AI工具、Agent、AI编程平台； 3、熟悉至少2款以上Agent/Vibe coding工具（Cursor/Lovable/Bolt/Codex/Claude Code等），有完整搭建轻应用、开发智能体实操经历加分； 4、搜集AI行业资讯、创作者社区、产品模板市场、线上Vibe coding大赛信息；整理可复用Prompt、Agent工作流、轻应用案例，搭建内部AI产品素材库； 5、对各类AI新产品抱有探索热情，擅长横向对比梳理产品差异，清晰总结产品能力、商业模式与生态玩法； 6、具备较强的独立工作能力和执行力，能够在明确目标下独立推进任务落地。
