1、参与TikTok、Lemon8等国际化内容社区产品研发，以AI Coding为核心工作方式，端到端地推动产品迭代，覆盖前端、客户端、服务端中的一个或多个环节； 2、从用户和业务出发，参与需求拆解、方案设计、编码实现、测试验证与上线迭代，主导一个功能的完整闭环，而不只是承接其中的"编码"环节； 3、用AI工具打破技术栈与职能的双重边界：在不熟悉的语言或环境里快速上手交付；借助AI补位过去依赖PM、设计、测试、数据的部分工作，让一个人能推动更完整的产品交付； 4、把AI Coding融入日常研发流程——用于代码理解、方案推演、生成、测试补全、重构、评审和排障，并沉淀可复用的人机协作方法；对交付质量负责，关注稳定性、可维护性、性能与长期演进；参与工程体系与研发效率建设；与产品、设计、算法、运营等角色高效协作，在复杂项目中推动高质量落地。

1、扎实的工程判断力：知道什么是好代码、好架构，能审查、验证并改进AI的产出——因为AI能生成代码，却不能替你判断代码的好坏； 2、AI驱动的跨栈交付力：能熟练运用AI工具，在不同研发语言与技术环境下快速完成产品迭代，而不是仅依赖对某一个栈的记忆； 3、产品与用户的负责人意识：主动思考“该做什么”，对业务价值和用户体验有判断，愿意为最终结果负责； 4、成熟的AI Coding工作流：高频使用至少一种AI Coding工具（如Cursor、TRAE、Copilot、Claude Code、Codex等），能组织上下文、迭代提示、审查生成结果并完成验证； 5、良好的工程基础与协作意识：熟悉数据结构、算法、网络、数据库等基础，熟悉Git工作流、代码评审、接口设计与故障排查；学习能力和责任心强，能适应业务环境。

加分项： 1、有国际化产品、内容社区、社交、直播、电商、创作者工具等业务经验，并对产品有自己的思考； 2、有完整的多端协同或全栈项目经验，理解端到端交付关系； 3、有AI Coding深度实践，理解Context Engineering、Harness Engineering、Loop Engineering、Graph Engineering等方法，并能结合业务落地； 4、有高并发、高可用、性能优化、稳定性治理或大型系统重构经验； 5、有开源贡献、技术博客、技术分享、个人技术作品，或工程效率平台、低代码/无代码平台、研发工具链、DevOps经验。
