TikTok ADSO（AI Data Service and Operations）团队负责支撑AI 模型训练、评估与优化的核心数据服务与运营。通过构建高质量、标准化的数据生产体系，以及建立全球化的精益运营模式，为TikTok产品各类 AI 能力的迭代提供稳定、规模化、高性价比的数据支持，推动 AI 技术在复杂业务场景中的深度落地。

1、负责数据生产项目的资源规划与配置，统筹标注人力、供应商产能与项目预算，建立产能规划与排期机制，保障交付资源供给； 2、建立数据生产的成本核算与管理体系，负责成本核算、供应商报价评估与结算管理，识别成本优化空间，推动降本增效与经营方式优化； 3、搭建经营分析体系，围绕产能、人效、质量、成本等核心指标输出定期及专项经营分析，支持项目报价与生产模式评估，为管理层经营决策提供依据； 4、负责数据生产项目全生命周期管理，覆盖需求评估、排期、执行监控到验收交付，建立并迭代项目管理机制，协调跨团队资源，保障交付确定性； 5、搭建质量与效率的数据监控体系，定义核心指标并建立监控看板与预警机制，分析异常根因并及时向业务escalate，跟进问题至解决并推动流程优化。

1、本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融、经济、管理等相关专业优先； 2、3年及以上经营分析、财务分析、项目管理或管理咨询相关经验，有科技行业经验者优先； 3、财务功底扎实，熟悉预算管理、成本核算与经营分析方法，持有CPA/ACCA/CMA等证书者优先； 4、具备跨团队项目管理实战经验，熟悉项目管理方法论，持有PMP等项目管理认证者优先； 5、数据敏感，熟练使用Excel，掌握SQL及至少一种BI工具（如Tableau、Power BI），能独立完成取数、分析与看板搭建，熟悉模型训练和数据标注流程，有相关项目经验； 6、沟通与推动能力强，能在多方协作中把问题跟进到底，英语可作为工作语言者优先。
