1、负责内容安全模型训练及评估数据的项目交付全流程管理，从需求分析、方案设计到落地执行与持续优化，确保项目高效、高质量完成； 2、深入理解算法、产品等团队的业务目标与数据需求，主导数据生产策略的制定与迭代，将复杂的业务问题转化为可落地、可规模化的数据解决方案； 3、构建并持续优化数据生产的标准化流程、操作规范与质量体系，识别流程中的效率瓶颈与质量风险，通过机制设计、工具提效、自动化等手段提升交付效率与稳定性； 4、作为项目核心推动者，协同算法、产品、标注、运营等多方团队，统筹项目进度，识别并解决项目推进中的卡点与风险，保障项目目标达成； 5、建立项目交付的质量评估与复盘机制，通过数据监控、问题分析、案例沉淀等方式，推动交付质量与团队效能的持续提升，形成可复用的最佳实践。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数据科学、统计学、信息管理、人工智能等相关专业； 2、英语可作为工作语言，适应跨文化沟通与文档协作；具备优秀的逻辑思维与问题拆解能力，能快速理解业务需求，设计出合理、可落地的数据生产策略与执行方案； 3、熟悉项目全流程管理，具备流程设计与标准化的实践经验，能识别流程中的优化空间并推动改进；有解决方案架构思维，能从系统视角思考问题； 4、对机器学习、大模型的数据生产链路有深入了解，熟悉“数据采集/标注—模型训练—模型评估”的基本流程与关键质量节点； 5、具备良好的数据分析能力，能通过数据洞察识别流程问题与改进机会；熟练使用SQL、Excel等工具进行基础数据分析与复盘； 6、具备出色的跨团队沟通与项目推动能力，能协调多方资源，推动项目按计划落地；逻辑清晰，表达严谨，能输出高质量的项目文档与复盘报告；自驱力强，具备主人翁意识，能在多任务的环境中主动推进问题解决与目标达成。

加分项 1、有模型数据生产、数据标注项目管理、数据解决方案设计相关经验优先； 2、熟悉至少一种数据分析工具/语言（如Python、R）并有实际应用经验者优先； 3、有流程自动化、工具开发或质量管理体系搭建经验者优先； 4、有AI Agent或大语言模型、Prompt Engineering相关经验优先。
