1、分析运营及AI模型性能数据，涵盖精确率、召回率、漏判、误判以及人工审核质量等指标，以识别可优化的机会； 2、通过实验和数据分析，协助评估提示词质量、业务规则及自动化逻辑； 3、构建仪表板、报表和可视化内容，以监控AI采用情况、运营效率及自动化性能； 4、支持针对新AI功能开展试点项目与A/B测试，并为相关方总结成果结论。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、信息系统、数据科学、人工智能、工程、商业分析或相关专业优先； 2、具备出色的分析与问题解决能力，能够解读数据并得出可落地的洞见； 3、具备出色的沟通与协作能力，可在跨职能团队中高效开展工作； 4、能够在多任务环境中统筹多项工作，同时高度关注细节； 5、积极主动的学习者，对人工智能技术及卓越运营抱有强烈好奇心； 6、具备API、工作流自动化工具或AI开发平台的使用经验，熟悉数据分析与可视化工具（如SQL、Excel、Tableau、Power BI或Python）。
