日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责TikTok AI社交产品相关场景的评测工作，包括但不限于AI陪伴、AI分身、内容生成与社交互动玩法等方向，持续发现产品体验、模型表现和用户感知上的问题； 2、深入理解AI社交产品的用户场景，关注年轻用户在AI陪伴、情绪互动、关系建立等场景下的真实需求，协助团队建立更符合用户预期的评测标准； 3、参与AI产品能力的评测体系建设，包括根据理想效果制定评测标准、评测集构造、推进评测等，与算法深度合作，通过建立评测、开展评测持续提升AI产品的效果； 4、关注AI社交、AIGC、Chatbot、虚拟角色、年轻人社交社区等行业动态，结合产品体验、用户反馈和数据现象，协助产品、算法、设计、运营等团队推动产品迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读，心理学、社会学、传播学、哲学、计算机、人机交互、人工智能等相关背景优先； 2、对AI评测有兴趣或基础认知，理解Prompt、模型回复质量、多轮对话、幻觉、人设一致性、安全性等基本概念，愿意长期做细致、重复但高标准的体验评估工作； 3、逻辑清晰，表达能力强，敢于提出自己的判断和标准，不只描述现象，也能给出原因分析和改进方向； 4、具备较好的信息整理和数据敏感度，能够通过表格、文档、案例库等方式沉淀评测结论，支持团队持续复用； 5、英文能力良好，理解国际年轻用户喜好与习惯，优秀的跨团队沟通能力和项目管理能力；英文可作为工作语言，能适应全球化协作环境； 6、每周可实习4天，连续实习3个月优先。
