1、定义“什么是好剧本”：凭借扎实的内容判断力，分题材（甜宠、复仇、逆袭、悬疑、穿越等）、分环节（集纲、换皮策划、完整剧本、分镜）提炼出“爆款潜质”的判断标准，并沉淀为可打分、有锚点样例的评分卡，让好坏能被不同人一致地判断； 2、组织人工评测：设计并运行盲评/交叉打分流程，监控评分一致性，持续校准标准定义，保证评测结果可信、可复现； 3、维护测试样本与迭代验证：管理覆盖各题材的固定测试样本与标准答案，在每次Workflow与PE迭代后做全量前后对比，识别质量的净提升与隐性退化（避免“优化了一个题材、搞崩了另一个”），并把翻车案例永久固化进回归集；对每次改动给出“净提升/退化”的明确结论及分维度归因，作为产品经理决策的直接依据；系统化收集使用工具的一线编剧与产线的高分产出与翻车案例，归档“什么Workflow、什么参考素材产出了好本子”，形成可复用的经验库； 4、对齐线上数据：定期分析内部评测分与TikTok实际表现（完播、付费等）的相关性，反向校准评测标准本身——如果高分本子不爆，先怀疑标准； 5、推动协作迭代：作为独立第三方为剧本质量背书，与编剧、产品、研发协作，输出可直接决策的质量诊断与优先级建议，推动工具在真实生产中持续迭代。

1、具备专业内容判断力，能准确判断短剧本的爆款潜质，包括钩子吸引力、人物设定合理性、爽点密度与节奏把控，并能清晰说明优劣及优化方向；吸收工具一线使用者（内外部产线/编剧）的内容使用感受； 2、具备深厚叙事功底，熟悉国际热门短剧与不同类型叙事套路，理解各题材爽点逻辑；戏剧影视文学、编剧、影视策划、中文、传播相关专业优先，有短剧/网文/影视的编剧、内容评估或剧本评审经验者优先； 3、具备逻辑拆解能力，能将感性判断转化为他人可理解、可复用的标准逻辑； 4、具备跨部门协作与独立判断能力，能串联编剧和产品实现信息顺畅迭代，且能以证据为依据坚持判断，不受人情或职级影响； 5、熟悉评分卡设计、盲评流程、评分一致性控制等评测方法，或有数据分析、A/B实验基础（若暂不具备，可在入职后2-3个月内培养）； 6、具备AIGC人工评测、RLHF数据运营或创意生成类模型评测经验，了解AI语言模型与Prompt Engineering的能力边界（能看懂Prompt与Workflow逻辑，本岗位不负责撰写），英语可作为工作语言，了解TikTok国际受众的内容偏好。
