1、负责国际化短视频、电商、国际支付等数据保护相关风险的识别、评估、治理、优化与跟踪；协同法务团队将合规法规要求转化为可落地方案，处理对应合规风险，并沉淀为标准化的合规方案与指导规范，提升业务合规效率； 2、负责跨产品线隐私保护体系及AI合规框架的落地推行，推动数据安全、隐私保护及AI合规自动化工具的研发与应用； 3、参与技术与合规相关的跨团队研讨，跟踪并落地全球AI领域最新法律法规要求，持续推动数据、隐私及AI合规的整改与优化； 4、搭建并推广业务隐私与AI保护的流程与技术体系，确保风险集中管控与隐私保护技术在各业务场景的落地应用，实现隐私风险的全链路覆盖与防控。

1、本科及以上学历，软件工程、人工智能、信息安全、计算机、通信或法学相关专业优先； 2、互联网合规工作经验，深耕隐私或AI合规领域，具备隐私保护及AI合规相关工作经验，拥有扎实的企业安全、AI技术及合规管理知识体系； 3、持有国际隐私专业人员协会（IAPP）等权威机构的隐私认证者优先，如CIPP/E、AIGP等； 4、熟悉各国隐私与AI相关法律法规，包括网络安全法、GDPR、EU AI Act等。

加分项： 1、熟练掌握隐私影响评估（PIA）/数据保护影响评估（DPIA）方法论，具备主导或参与AI系统（如生成式AI、推荐算法）隐私设计工作的经验； 2、参与过GDPR、加州消费者隐私法案（CCPA）、ISO27001、ISO27701等合规项目，及AI合规相关工作（如AI系统合规评估、算法透明度落地）； 3、深入理解欧盟《人工智能法案》、国内《生成式人工智能服务管理暂行办法》、美国国家标准与技术研究院（NIST）人工智能风险管理框架等全球AI法规与标准； 4、具备AI合规实践经验，涵盖AI数据治理、AI透明度落地、AI监管对接等方向。
