1、参与TikTok Shop商家平台产品设计，覆盖商家入驻（Onboarding）、商家成长（Seller Growth）、营销（Promotion）、CRM、店铺装修（Shop Design）等； 2、参与AI驱动产品体验设计，探索AI对商家经营效率的提升作用及对产品设计流程的赋能路径； 3、负责产品UI、UX与交互方案设计，打造一致、易用、可扩展的全球化产品体验； 4、参与Design System、AI Design Pattern、视觉规范及可复用设计资产建设，提升产品体验一致性； 5、与全球产品经理、研发、用户研究、内容设计团队协作，全流程参与从需求分析、方案设计到产品上线的产品设计工作； 6、参与用户研究、Design Critique、Workshop等设计活动，探索AI Design、Rapid Prototyping、Design Engineering等新工作方式，通过数据和用户反馈持续优化产品体验、提升设计效率与创新能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，产品设计、交互设计、视觉传达、人机交互或相关专业； 2、对产品设计、用户体验及人工智能产品充满兴趣，希望长期深耕数字产品设计； 3、扎实的视觉与交互设计基础，对信息架构、交互逻辑、视觉表达和用户体验有良好理解； 4、熟练使用Figma，具备良好的设计表达与原型能力； 5、乐于学习新技术，对人工智能、设计系统、设计工具及新工作方式保持好奇心，有使用人工智能设计工具或人工智能开发工具经验，例如ChatGPT、Cursor、Lovable、V0、Bolt、Midjourney等； 6、具备良好的沟通协作、产品思维与英语沟通能力，能够积极接受反馈并持续优化设计方案，平衡用户体验、业务目标与技术约束，可使用英语进行日常设计讨论、文档沟通及跨国团队协作。
