1、基于RAG、Agent、Function Calling等技术，参与构建反爬领域知识库与智能风控分析助手，将大模型能力嵌入爬虫流量识别、攻击研判、根因定位与处置建议生成等环节，支撑反爬风险的自动化发现与决策； 2、承担TikTok Shop业务整体反爬虫风控能力建设和运营，为业务提供基于API及各类前端的安全防护能力，运用大模型与机器学习手段提升恶意流量识别的准确率与覆盖度； 3、深入理解业务爬虫痛点，设计人机协同的智能化反爬分析与运营工具（如告警自动研判、攻击链路溯源、策略智能生成与效果归因），协助业务产出反爬产品方案并推动落地，对业务反爬效果负责； 4、参与反爬场景下大模型应用的效果评估与优化，围绕输出准确性、幻觉控制、策略可解释性与安全合规性建立监控与迭代闭环，持续提升运营效率； 5、协调各安全职能团队，提升反爬纵深防御与安全运营效率，跟踪前沿技术及流量安全行业动向，探索大模型在反爬攻防方向的创新应用，保障业务反爬风控能力维持在较高水平。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，信息安全、人工智能、计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备攻防思维，了解常见爬虫技术、数据安全风险及应对手段，理解风险发现、反爬策略制定、业务治理方案落地等各类流量风控防御措施，能够将AI/大模型能力与实际反爬场景结合； 3、有互联网反爬虫策略、流量反作弊、风控策略治理实习经历者优先；对用AI解决真实安全问题有强烈兴趣，学习能力强，愿意跟踪前沿并快速落地验证。
