日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责国际电商AI直播业务数据运营工作，独立完成从取数、清洗、分析到可视化看板的全链路工作，面对运营中的模糊问题，能自己定义指标、拆解口径、给出有业务判断的结论，做业务与数据之间可靠的桥梁，而不只是交付一张表； 2、基于现成的Agent/Bot搭建平台，把高频、重复的取数与监控需求沉淀为自动化Agent，让团队从"提需求-等排期-手工交付"升级为"自助、实时、可复用"，持续放大运营与数据的效率杠杆； 3、与产品、研发、算法工程师在同一团队闭环合作，用AI时代敏捷迭代的全新工作方式，深度体验产品从1再到100的内部创业过程； 4、深入国际达人、商家的直播导购一线，理解不同行业的直播运营策略与指标（开播、场观、转化、GMV、GPM等），支撑运营策略的制定验证与复盘，推动AI直播供给与GMV增长。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、我们更关注你是否拥有以下特质的体现； 3、如果你是电商直播运营的懂行人：你有电商直播运营相关背景，了解直播业务数据，知道一场直播的好坏该看哪些指标、如何归因；你有敏锐的业务判断力，对数据有热情和好奇心，能从数据里读出运营动作效果，深入洞察达人/商家直播诉求；沟通能力出色，能把复杂的数据结论讲清楚，主动对齐产品与运营团队的真实诉求； 4、如果你是数据能力的极客：你精通SQL/Hive，能熟练用Python等独立完成取数、清洗、分析与可视化，完成日常数据分析；你对数字高度敏感，懂AB实验、懂指标体系，面对一个模糊的业务问题，能拆成可量化/可验证的数据方案； 5、如果你是AI工具的实践派；你不满足于手工拉数，用过现成平台（Agent/Bot搭建工具）做过自动化取数/分析Agent；你对"如何用AI提升数据生产效率"有自己的判断，知道哪些环节该交给Agent、哪些该由人来把关。
