日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责国际电商AIGC、AI导购相关产品工作，与算法、工程等团队一起合作，支持产品高效迭代，助力业务目标达成； 2、如果加入AIGC方向，你将全面参与建设面向商家/达人/运营的AI内容生成平台，调研用户实际痛点和行业先进动态，挖掘和探索电商领域AIGC能力的新场景，并结合模型评测、用户调研等各手段，不断迭代算法策略，提升内容供给效率与转化效果； 3、如果加入AI导购方向，你将参与构建面向亿级用户的AI-Native全模态导购系统，结合大模型的能力边界，定义AI导购新范式；参与前瞻性的产品设计、定义理想态和评测标准，打造个性化的AI产品体验，重构人货匹配逻辑，跨界协同技术落地； 4、无论在哪个方向，你都可以直面全球海量用户与复杂场景，在国际电商的真实战场中打磨产品能力，成为AI行业亲历者。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对AI有热情，对大模型行业有较好理解，将最前沿的AI技术转化为可感知的用户价值，解决幻觉、延迟等工程挑战，探索模型能力边界，并利用产品设计补足AI能力； 3、有较好的业务理解能力和商业感，能敏锐捕捉用户需求，满足用户体验和商业目标达成； 4、出色的学习能力、沟通和协作能力、项目管理能力，能够确保项目按时按质完成。
