1、负责国际电商AIGC内容的诊断、归因、审核体系建设，解决AIGC Native的B端内容质量问题； 2、负责国际电商导购评估体系建设，打造行业领先的数据飞轮优化系统，解决C端用户体验问题； 3、深度大模型、多模态、SFT、Prompt优化等技术调研、Demo、落地。

1、本科及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机理论基础和代码能力，至少精通Go、Python等主流后端语言中的一门； 2、熟悉LLM/多模态模型的常见应用范式，理解Prompt Engineering、SFT、RAG、Agent、Tool Calling等相关能力与实践方式； 3、具备较强的主动学习与问题拆解能力，愿意阅读论文、调研方案并应用于实际问题； 4、具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，能与产品、策略、算法、工程、运营协同推进问题落地； 5、熟练使用Claude Code、Cursor、Codex、Copilot等AI工具，善于借助工具提升开发与分析效率。

优先 1、具备SFT/RL/数据建设或模型效果分析相关经验； 2、具备内容理解、电商业务、策略优化或AI工程落地相关项目经验； 3、有阅读AI论文、复现实验或将技术方案落地于实际项目的经历。
