日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责电商AI搜业务的日常数据监控与统计分析：维护指标监控与AA实验看板，对指标异常波动快速响应，协调PM、DE、RD资源完成异动归因与闭环跟踪； 2、AB实验全流程分析：基于实验平台数据进行分析、指标校验、实验报告撰写与下钻分析，并参与实验分析SOP的沉淀； 3、参与数据分析体系与数据基建：协助搭建、维护看板和指标组，参与数据集整合、宽表验数与埋点方案设计，保障数据口径准确一致； 4、支持专题分析：围绕业务增长的关键课题完成定性、定量分析，输出可落地的数据洞察，支撑产品与策略决策。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计、数学、经济学、信息管理等量化相关专业优先； 2、SQL熟练，能独立完成复杂查询（多表关联、聚合、窗口函数等）；掌握Python或Excel进行数据处理与分析； 3、熟悉假设检验、AB实验设计等常用统计分析方法； 4、对数据敏感，具备良好的逻辑思维、业务解读能力和快速学习能力，能从数据中定位问题并推动解决； 5、耐心仔细，沟通协作能力强； 6、能保证每周4天及以上、连续4个月以上的实习时间。

加分项 1、有指标体系搭建、埋点设计、数据看板建设经验； 2、对大模型、AI产品有强烈兴趣； 3、长期实习6个月及以上； 4、有互联网数据分析实习经验，有电商/搜索/推荐场景经验。
