1、业务洞察和数据挖掘：支持欧美地区电商业务和Global电商体验、AI探索业务项目的分析和挖掘工作，包括但不限于建设相应监控体系、识别业务痛点、评估策略效果、挖掘业务机会和构建数据策略； 2、AI数据基建和资产沉淀：面向未来AI应用需求，搭建标准化、高质量的业务数据底座（包括但不限于数据建设、特征工程、标签体系等）；打通业务逻辑与算法数据的壁垒，夯实智能化转型的基础设施，为业务Agent提供稳定、可复用的数据供给； 3、策略评估体系：建立标准化的策略评估体系（包括但不限于实验体系、因果推断等），结合AI通过工具化手段提升整体评估效率，确保业务决策基于可信、一致且可追溯的数据证据； 4、AI全栈化探索：利用AI能力，在数据处理、数据策略上线过程中进行提效、工程实现和能力建设。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、数据挖掘、机器学习、计算机、经济学（量化）、心理学（量化）等相关专业优先； 2、有交叉学科背景者优先，熟悉SQL，对Python/R的基础使用有了解，并对数据处理和统计有基本理解； 3、优秀的学习和沟通能力，善于独立思考，有一定的分析解决问题的能力，对不确定的问题有激情。
