1、AI功能运营—负责智能搜索（语义搜索、多模态搜索、搜索意图识别等）功能的上线灰度、效果评估与迭代优化，推动AI能力在搜索链路的落地； 2、Query分析与词库建设—主导搜索Query的分类治理、同义词/扩展词库建设，结合LLM工具提升关键词覆盖度与精准度； 3、跨团队协同—与算法工程师对齐模型训练数据需求，提供业务侧标注标准；与产品、商业化团队联动推进搜索广告与自然搜索的协同增长； 4、市场与市场洞察—持续追踪产品平台搜索策略及AI落地动态，输出分析报告并提出差异化建议； 5、数据驱动决策—通过A/B实验设计与结果解读，推动搜索体验的持续量化改善。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、统计学、电商相关专业优先； 2、2年以上搜索运营/电商运营经验，有跨境电商平台运营背景者优先； 3、了解搜索引擎基本原理（召回、排序、向量检索等），熟悉LLM、语义搜索、RAG等AI技术应用场景； 4、能使用AI工具（ChatGPT/Claude等）辅助运营分析与内容生产； 5、熟练使用SQL进行数据提取与分析，掌握A/B实验方法论，能独立设计实验方案； 6、英语可作为工作语言，能流畅阅读和英文对话，具备跨文化用户洞察能力，理解不同市场搜索习惯差异。
