1、负责TikTok Shop治理平台的系统建设，打造支撑全球治理业务的核心基础设施； 2、参与构建治理运营核心模块，结合大模型能力，改进优化治理链路； 3、推动AI技术在治理场景中的落地，包括AI Coding、自动化评测等AI驱动研发模式，提升治理系统研发效率与质量； 4、参与治理平台的高可用架构建设，持续提升系统稳定性、扩展性与性能表现。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，熟练掌握Go/Python/Java等至少一种后端开发语言，具备良好的工程能力与编码习惯； 2、熟悉MySQL数据库设计与性能优化，理解事务机制与索引优化原理；熟悉Redis等缓存系统原理与实践； 3、具备扎实的系统设计能力，对高并发、高可用系统设计有实践经验； 4、具备良好的问题分析能力、学习能力与团队协作能力； 5、具备产品意识，能够从业务视角理解系统价值，并推动技术方案落地； 6、加分项： 1）有AI/LLM应用开发经验，包括Prompt Engineering、RAG、Agent、Function Calling等； 2）有平台型系统或中台系统建设经验（如策略系统、工作流系统、运营平台等）； 3）有内容安全/电商治理/风控系统相关经验； 4）有AI Coding或AI评测体系建设经验。
