1、负责TikTok Shop跨境电商AI运营平台的系统研发，深度参与商家运营、智能招商、自动化运营等AI驱动型系统建设，持续迭代优化平台能力； 2、基于AI技术重构运营链路与产品体验，参与高质量方案设计与代码实现，承担高优先级重难点技术攻坚，支撑大规模商家与运营场景稳定高效运行； 3、负责系统架构改进与性能优化，构建高可用、高可靠、高扩展的后端服务体系，保障平台稳定性与运维效率； 4、结合大模型、智能Agent、自动化决策等技术，探索并落地AI-Native的电商运营新模式，驱动商家运营效率与业务体验持续升级。

1、精通Golang/Java/PHP中的一种或多种主流后端语言，熟练掌握程序设计模式与高质量工程实践； 2、熟悉Linux、MySQL、Redis、RocketMQ/Kafka等基础设施与中间件，具备复杂业务系统设计与优化能力； 3、熟悉人工智能技术栈与工程化落地：了解大模型基础原理、Prompt工程、RAG、Function Calling、智能Agent等常见技术方案，有相关业务落地经验优先； 4、学习能力强，对新技术、新范式高度敏感，具备优秀的问题分析、抽象建模与复杂问题解决能力。

加分项 1、有CRM、商家运营平台、电商后台系统开发经验优先； 2、有大模型应用开发、Agent系统、RAG系统、AI自动化流程落地经验优先； 3、具备强烈的创新意识与产品思维，能从业务价值出发主动设计AI驱动的解决方案。
