1、负责国际电商AIGC生产链路统一底座建设，深度参与任务状态机流转、任务调度系统及Multi-Agent架构的演进工作； 2、负责编剧、剪辑等AIGC Sub-Agent的积木化、组件化模块搭建，提升能力的通用性与复用度； 3、负责视频、图文等业务链路的工程落地，交付跨机房、规模化、高可用的稳定生产能力； 4、深度参与SLA治理与成本优化，通过技术方案持续提升系统稳定性、资源利用率及生成效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础与良好的代码能力，至少熟练掌握一门编程语言（Go/C++/Java/Python等），具备大模型应用落地经验者优先； 3、熟悉LLM/多模态模型的常见应用范式，理解RAG、Agent、Tool Calling、Workflow编排等相关能力与实践方式； 4、具备高并发系统设计或相关工程实践经验，理解服务治理、性能优化与成本控制等问题； 5、具备Prompt Engineering或AIGC内容生成相关实践经验，有视频或图文生成场景经验者优先； 6、具备优秀的问题拆解与分析能力，具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力者优先。
