日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与TikTok Shop全球营销补贴Agent的产品建设，面向用户增长、大促等业务场景，通过用户调研、业务流程拆解与数据分析，识别补贴策略设计、策略运行和效果复盘中的核心痛点，将业务需求转化为可复用的平台能力与智能化产品方案； 2、协同运营团队开展产品答疑、使用反馈收集与体验优化，推动Agent在实际业务中的应用与渗透； 3、深入理解不同市场的增长目标、补贴机制、预算分配及效果衡量逻辑，参与服务百亿级营销预算的产品能力设计； 4、协同业务、研发、算法及数据团队，推动需求分析、方案设计、开发验收与上线迭代，拓展Agent在GMV、MAC及大促等场景中的策略监控与分析能力，提升补贴执行效率、准确性与预算使用效果； 5、结合用户历史会话与配置案例，分析Agent易错内容和业务规则，参与Prompt调优与Agent评测体系建设，持续提升配置质量与运营体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可实习5天，连续实习4个月及以上；对电商营销、平台型产品有浓厚兴趣，有相关项目、实习或产品实践经历者优先； 3、具备良好的沟通与跨团队协作能力，学习能力强，执行力高； 4、具有良好的英文能力，可与国际化运营沟通，有国际化市场或国际化电商经验者优先。
