1、承担国际电商运营AI相关领域的系统研发工作，参与智能运营平台及AI应用系统建设，并持续优化改进； 2、参与国际电商运营场景中AI能力的设计与落地，包括智能运营助手、运营自动化工具、AI Agent等系统的研发与维护； 3、结合运营业务需求，设计并实现AI能力平台，包括模型能力接入、工具能力（Skills）、能力管理等基础设施建设； 4、参与AI应用架构设计，推动系统在高并发、高稳定性场景下的工程落地，并持续优化系统扩展性与可维护性； 5、探索AI在国际电商运营中的创新应用模式，通过自动化与智能化能力持续提升运营效率。

1、精通Golang/Java/Python/Node.js中的一种或多种语言，熟悉OOP设计原则； 2、熟悉Linux、MySQL、Redis、MQ（Kafka/RocketMQ等）等常见基础组件； 3、具备分布式系统设计能力，有高并发、大规模系统设计、性能优化、稳定性治理经验； 4、对AI应用开发有一定了解或实践经验，熟悉LLM、Agent、RAG、Tool/Skill等AI应用模式者优先； 5、有电商系统、运营平台、自动化工具或AI应用系统开发经验者优先； 6、业务理解能力强，具备较好的技术学习能力与技术视野，责任心强，具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力。
