1、负责TikTok Shop EMEA区域治理策略产品，统筹设计商家全生命链路流程，围绕商家入驻、新人成长、商家分层经营策略等目标，利用AI与大模型技术持续优化治理手段、效率与准确性，在平衡合规风险、保障商家良好体验的同时助力业务高速增长； 2、深入业务一线识别痛点，通过智能化手段抽象治理场景与规则，驱动算法模型在商品治理、商家信用等领域的落地，沉淀可复用的策略方案； 3、密切关注EMEA区域法律法规与行业标准，探索大模型在政策解读、差异化治理策略等场景的创新应用，构建具备全球化竞争力的合规治理底座； 4、深度协同算法、研发及业务团队，整合技术资源，推动AI赋能的治理产品迭代，并确保项目高质量达成业务目标。

1、本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言，熟悉电商业务，有商家/商品相关经验者优先，对AI、大模型应用有敏锐洞察或实践经验者优先； 2、具备出色的逻辑思维与数据分析能力，能从复杂场景中剥离矛盾，并利用智能化手段给出迭代路径； 3、具备全局视角与优秀的跨团队协作能力，能够有序推进全球化项目的建设与沉淀； 4、AI Native思维，关注用户体验与业务价值，能够敏捷应对业务变化，推动项目产生实质性结果。
