1、参与TikTok Shop国际电商B端产品体验设计，面向全球商家、达人及生态合作伙伴，完成从需求分析、方案设计到上线跟进的全流程设计工作； 2、前置参与产品和业务讨论，理解商家经营、达人合作及内容经营等复杂业务场景，梳理用户角色、业务流程和问题，提供清晰、完整且可落地的产品设计解决方案； 3、关注用户反馈、业务数据和产品效果，持续跟踪上线后的使用情况，发现体验问题和业务机会，推动产品体验不断迭代优化； 4、参与全球化产品设计，理解不同国家和地区在语言、文化、商业模式及用户习惯上的差异，在全球一致性与区域本地化之间做出合理判断； 5、遵循并应用设计规范，参与设计系统、业务规范和通用体验模式的建设与迭代，提升产品体验的一致性和设计效率； 6、探索AI在商家经营、达人合作及设计流程中的应用，借助AI完成信息分析、方案探索、原型验证或效率提升，并持续尝试新的产品形态和工作方式。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，人机交互、交互设计、体验设计、工业设计、计算机或AI等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的交互设计和UI设计基础，逻辑清晰，能够分析复杂场景、用户角色和业务流程，并将问题转化为清晰易用的产品方案；具备良好的信息架构、流程设计和原型表达能力，了解用户研究方法，并具备基础的数据理解和分析能力； 3、熟练使用Figma、Sketch、Photoshop等设计工具，有使用AI工具辅助研究、设计、原型制作或代码实现经验者加分； 4、具备较强的沟通表达和团队协作能力，能够主动参与讨论，与产品、研发、运营及其他合作团队共同推动项目落地；热爱设计，对产品体验、行业趋势及新技术保持好奇，具有较强的自驱力、学习能力、计划性和责任心； 5、对设计系统和平台型产品有基础理解，有B端产品、电商平台、商家经营工具、达人合作平台、内容经营工具、数据产品或复杂业务系统相关项目及实习经验者加分； 6、具备良好的英文阅读和书面表达能力，英文口语流利、具备国际化学习、实习或国际化项目经验者加分。
