1、负责青年AI用户社群运营，包括用户招募、日常活跃、用户分层、反馈收集和留存提升； 2、以社群为核心阵地，研究青年用户在AI产品、AI创作、AI社交和AI学习等场景中的真实需求和行为特征； 3、从社群互动、用户反馈和活动数据中提炼产品机会与运营策略，与产品、内容、品牌等团队共同推动试点和优化； 4、策划并落地线上社群活动、线下主题活动、用户共创和体验官计划，提升用户参与和社群影响力； 5、建立核心用户、参与者、组织者等社区组织机制，完善用户培养、分工、激励和日常运营规则。

1、本科及以上学历，具有社群运营、用户运营、产品运营、用户研究、战略运营或咨询社群运营工作经验； 2、具备扎实的社群运营能力，能够独立完成用户招募、活跃、活动、分层、激励和反馈收集； 3、具备较强的研究和策略能力，能够从用户反馈和复杂信息中形成判断，并转化为可执行方案，有战略或咨询背景者优先； 4、对青年用户和AI产品有持续兴趣，能够推进社群、活动和产品试点，熟练使用飞书多维表格、数据分析工具及常见AI工具。
