1、负责抖音UGC内容趋势规模化运营，能够基于对圈层用户的洞察，自主完善分圈层的AI Skill，提升圈层智能选题的挖掘效率、生成效果、触达话术，为趋势话题下的投稿规模与质量负责； 2、建立明确的圈层趋势发酵机制，借助内外部的合作放大有潜力的趋势话题，并使用AI Agent及时落地有效的发酵动作，通过一系列有热度的话题持续提升UGC用户投稿认知； 3、负责抖音UGC社区作者运营，为作者投稿的内容规模、内容质量、作者的成长活跃负责，借助AI能力提升作者运营效率，解决基础的答疑咨询、作品点评等问题； 4、了解AI能力（包括Prompt/Workflow/Skill/Agent等）并能自主使用AI解决业务问题，包括但不限于选题生成、文案生成、作者挖掘、看板监控、异动归因等。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上UGC/社区/内容运营或AI策略运营经验； 2、对内容体裁与社区生态有深刻理解，内容敏感度高、用户共情能力强，能基于真实用户需求设计合理的运营主张； 3、理解大模型能力边界，理解Prompt/Workflow/Skill/Agent等技术能力，有借助AI解决实际业务问题的经验； 4、逻辑清晰，目标拆分与项目管理能力成熟，能够协调多方资源推动事项落地；执行节奏稳，问题解决能力强； 5、对AI与内容运营的创新结合点保持好奇心与探索欲，愿意持续学习并主动重构自己的工作流。
