1、负责社区UGC消费互动全链路产品设计与迭代，优化用户内容浏览、互动流程，对社区互动、内容消费等指标负责； 2、联动运营、增长、工具团队，围绕兴趣内容生产消费场景，设计爆款内容玩法与社区活动； 3、结合LLM、AR、图像、语音多模态AI能力，挖掘社区UGC创新互动场景，落地AI内容辅助内容消费、搜索、互动等AI功能； 4、洞察行业与产品AI产品演进方向，负责AI功能从需求分析、产品设计到上线复盘的全生命周期，协同算法、研发、设计团队推进方案落地，做好多方需求权衡； 5、通过用户行为数据、线上反馈迭代AI交互体验，持续提升社区用户活跃度与内容生态规模。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上C端用户产品经验，有内容社区、本地生活、社交互动产品经验优先； 2、关注大模型、多模态AIGC应用趋势，理解大模型能力边界，对AI+内容体验有独立思考； 3、产品意识优秀，数据敏感度高，擅长从数据和用户反馈中提炼迭代思路，具备端到端项目推进和跨团队协作能力； 4、能独立拆解业务需求，对齐算法侧落地逻辑，具备基础AI技术理解力优先； 5、主导过AIGC、AR交互类C端产品落地，或拥有计算机相关背景优先。
