1、协助设计和优化新用户Onboarding流程及学习路径，帮助用户更快熟悉平台和功能； 2、支持用户手册、Quick Guide、培训材料、E-Learning等内容的制作与维护； 3、协助组织线上/线下培训、产品Demo及其他用户教育活动； 4、收集培训反馈，并通过数据和用户反馈持续优化培训内容及Onboarding体验； 5、协助开展NPS、用户调研、访谈及其他用户体验研究，汇总并分析来自工单、用户反馈、调研和平台指标等不同渠道的VoC，识别高频用户痛点、体验趋势及潜在平台问题，支持将分散用户反馈整理成结构化Insight，为产品和业务优化提供输入； 6、协助整理用户增长、培训、体验及问题治理相关指标和Dashboard，通过数据识别趋势、异常和改善机会。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，商业/数据分析、信息系统、市场营销、教育/课程设计、商业沟通或相关专业优先； 2、对平台、产品运营、用户增长、用户体验或AI产品有浓厚兴趣，对用户反馈和用户行为保持好奇心，能够从用户视角思考产品问题； 3、具备较强的结构化思考和问题解决能力，能够从复杂信息中提炼重点，对数据敏感，具备基础的数据分析能力，熟悉Excel/Sheets，有SQL、Dashboard或数据可视化经验者优先，有LLM或其他AI工具进行分析、内容制作或提升工作效率经验者优先； 4、具备良好的沟通、写作和内容组织能力，能够制作清晰易懂的用户材料，具备良好的中英文沟通能力，能够在跨文化、跨团队环境中协作； 5、主动、有责任心，具备较强的主人翁精神，愿意在模糊环境下学习并推动事情落地。
