1、2年及以上广告投放策略经验/AIGC项目经验，有商业化广告策略、视频生成项目经验，熟悉生成模型优化与评测； 2、计算机、统计等相关专业本科及以上学历； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维、数据分析能力，自驱力强，善于沟通协作，有好奇心与创新精神； 4、能依据行业趋势和客户痛点制定可落地策略，用广告指标驱动产品迭代。
