1、立足于AI基建产业链深耕，利用核心算力基础设施运营商（链主）的辐射能力，向泛AIDC产业链上下游（特别是AI芯片/GPU KA、大模型公司、云服务商企业）进行市场渗透；作为业务的“副驾驶”，市场营销团队AI基建及泛科技行业负责人，与销售Leader背靠背作战，通过高维度的市场策略驱动业务增长； 2、老客户深度运营与价值挖掘：负责AI基建行业存量标杆客户（云厂商/大型智算中心/大模型公司）的深度运营；通过高层闭门会、走进标杆、最佳实践案例（案例展示）打造等动作，提升客户粘性，挖掘增购与扩际机会； 3、“链主”驱动的泛AI基建行业拓展：制定并执行针对AI芯片/GPU KA、大模型公司及数据中心客户的市场GTM策略；利用算力基础设施运营商作为“链主”的行业影响力，设计上下游协同场景的市场叙事，通过生态联动覆盖上游芯片设计、下游模型应用等AIDC全链路客户； 4、销售协同（Back-to-Back）：与AI基建及销售Leader深度绑定（强背靠背），共同拆解业绩目标；不局限于线索获取，更关注重要商机（Key Deals）的推进与转化，通过ABM（基于客户的营销）策略，在打单过程中提供定制化的内容、活动及高层攻坚支持； 5、行业洞察与内容营销：深入理解大模型训练推理、智算中心运营、GPU集群调度等业务场景，产出具有行业穿透力的白皮书、解决方案PPT及传播内容，建立飞书在该细分领域的专业品牌形象。

1、5年以上B2B市场营销经验，具备AI/云计算、半导体、ICT或高端制造行业背景者优先； 2、有服务过KA大客户或熟悉复杂解决方案营销逻辑者； 3、理解“链主/生态链营销”逻辑，能够从AI产业链协同的角度思考如何切入客户，而非单一的产品推销； 4、具备较强的业务导向（Result-driven），习惯与销售团队紧密配合，能接受并适应一线工作氛围； 5、出色的内容产出能力（擅长讲行业故事）和高规格线下活动（CTO/首席科学家闭门会）组织能力。
