1、设计和构建基于AIGC技术的质量保证体系，整合自动化测试、人工智能辅助测试等创新方法，提高测试效率和全面性； 2、分析现有测试流程和架构，识别瓶颈和改进空间，利用AIGC技术优化测试过程，提升质量水平； 3、研究和评估最新的AIGC测试工具和框架，制定导入计划并指导实施，不断增强质量架构的先进性； 4、与研发、产品和其他相关团队密切协作，将AIGC测试实践贯穿整个软件开发生命周期，确保质量需求与业务目标保持一致； 5、建立质量度量和报告机制，持续监控和分析测试数据，为优化质量架构提供依据。

1、本科及以上学历，有质量架构，自动化测试、性能测试等多个领域经验优先； 2、对AIGC技术有深入的理解和实践经验，如机器学习、自然语言处理、计算机视觉等； 3、精通测试流程、方法和工具，熟悉质量管理体系和相关标准，具备系统化思维能力； 4、出色的分析和解决复杂问题的能力，能够快速应对变化和挑战；良好的沟通协调和团队管理技巧，能够与跨部门团队有效协作； 5、具备持续学习和创新意识，勇于尝试新技术和新方法； 6、扎实的编程基础，熟悉Python、Java、Go等至少一种编程语言。
