日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与商业化电商AIGC相关产品能力建设与策略设计，包括素材生成、创意优化、内容理解等方向的需求分析与方案设计，以及功能定义、交互流程梳理、效果评估和迭代优化； 2、协助梳理广告创意生产链路中的关键问题，探索大模型、生成式AI在实际产品中的落地机会，并持续关注生成式AI行业趋势，输出产品分析、行业洞察和产品建议； 3、基于用户反馈和业务数据，分析AIGC产品在素材生产提效、内容质量提升和投放效果优化中的价值； 4、与算法、研发、设计、运营等团队紧密协作，推动AIGC项目从方案到上线的落地执行。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、电子商务、广告学等相关专业优先； 2、对AIGC、大模型、AI产品、商业化广告或电商内容有较强兴趣，有相关项目/研究/实习经历优先； 3、具备较强的逻辑思维和结构化表达能力，能独立完成需求分析和方案撰写； 4、具备一定数据分析能力，能通过数据和用户反馈辅助判断方案效果； 5、沟通协作能力强，执行力好； 6、每周可实习4天及以上，实习3个月及以上优先。
