1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学、电子信息与工程等相关专业； 2、熟悉广告和智能创作业务，对AI技术和内容创作充满热情，能结合业务需求设计切实有效的AI解决方案； 3、灵活应变，能通过Prompt Engineering、前后置插件优化、RAG/GraphRAG、AI-Agents、Fine-tuning等方法快速提升图片和视频生产的质量和效果； 4、具有丰富的模型开发和项目落地经验，比如多模态分类、检索、匹配，Videocaption开发优化，应用LLM/MLLM/AIGC制作高品质内容等； 5、加分项：了解音频、图像、视频、自然语言处理等AI细分领域的技术演进历程和未来发展方向，有相关领域顶级论文者优先。
