日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与AIGC图文广告、视频封面生成产品的建设，深入理解优质内容质量标准，制定评估维度与优质图文定义； 2、构建并维护自动化评测链路，结合多模态模型能力对生成广告进行系统性质量评估与迭代优化； 3、通过数据挖掘、后验数据分析、用户行为洞察等方式，提炼优质广告的规律与特征，反哺生成策略； 4、与算法团队协作，推动多模态大模型在图文理解与质量评估方向的能力提升； 5、积极推动跨团队协作，保障需求高质量落地执行。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、可连续实习，每周可到岗5天，可长期实习者优先； 3、有AIGC图文生成相关实习或项目经验优先，了解主流文生图/图文生成模型的基本能力与局限、能理解不同模型在图文理解、质量判断方向的差异； 4、有标准定义或评测体系搭建经验优先，能够从业务目标出发定义评估维度、制定评测标准（Rubric）； 5、思维清晰，善于从数据中发现规律，有较强的表达与沟通能力。
