1、负责豆包创作场景效果提升，通过Agent建设与模型训练手段，包括Skill打磨、模型与数据标准定义、模型选型与评测分析，指导效果迭代； 2、深入研究前沿AIGC与Agent技术，探索在创作中的实际应用机会，转化为可落地的产品方案； 3、拆解Agent Skill的能力边界与任务链路，调试PE，与产品、研发团队深度协作，确保目标效果极致落地； 4、设计Agent与垂类模型的数据方案与标准，包括SFT、RM、PE等，并做好培训与质量把控； 5、持续跟踪Agent在业务中的表现，探索复用场景与迭代优化，推动产品形成长期竞争力。

1、本科及以上学历，具备独立执行互联网产品项目经验，具备视觉效果审美判断力； 2、对Agent有深入理解，具备较强的用户洞察和需求分析能力，熟悉多模态交互、工具链调用、任务编排等相关理念，并能结合业务场景落地； 3、理解大模型训练原理，具备优秀的数据驱动意识与逻辑分析能力，有数据建设与模型评测经验者加分； 4、优秀的产品感与推动力，能跨团队协同推进复杂的Agent能力落地，对交付有充分经验； 5、热爱创作，具备对潮流、创作者生态和AI创作模式的敏感度，拥有开放的创新意识和实验精神。
