日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持国际化业务的AI短剧业务，通过剧本构思等方式产出内容，完成剧本和世界观的表达，对TikTok AI短剧内容供给和爆款率负责； 2、辅助团队完善创意和剧本，并针对内部流程工具提出改进意见，自身对工具设计制作感兴趣； 3、研究AIGC潜在的应用突破点，包括长视频、短视频、动漫、音乐、游戏等； 4、深入了解AIGC领域的创作工具和社区，了解创作者侧的新趋势和痛点。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、具备逻辑思维能力，自驱力强，工作负责，对AI感兴趣，有强烈的好奇心； 3、具有故事创作/网文/剧本写作/影视剧制作等经验（有短剧爆款作品）； 4、一周4天及以上，实习期5个月及以上。
