1、面向大模型后训练与Agent训练场景，负责RL Environment基础设施建设，围绕网页、虚机、容器、云手机、游戏等多类型环境，完成统一接入、生命周期管理、状态隔离与执行编排能力建设； 2、负责Sandbox运行底座设计与优化，建设高稳定、高并发、可回放、可恢复的任务执行环境，持续提升复杂交互任务在训练、评测、标注等场景下的运行效率与一致性； 3、负责环境与算力调度系统建设，围绕资源分配、任务排队、弹性伸缩、故障恢复、负载均衡等核心链路进行架构设计与工程落地，提升整体资源利用率与任务吞吐能力； 4、负责环境轨迹、任务状态、工具调用等关键数据的结构化沉淀，建设可观测、可调试、可治理的基础能力，支持训练、评测与数据生产链路的规模化演进。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，具备扎实的系统与工程基础，有后端基础设施、云原生平台或分布式系统研发经验； 2、熟练掌握Python、Go、Java等至少一门后端语言，具备较强的服务端系统设计与工程实现能力，能够独立负责核心模块建设与性能优化； 3、熟悉虚拟机、容器、Sandbox、任务执行环境等基础设施相关技术，理解进程隔离、资源管控、环境编排、任务生命周期管理等核心机制； 4、熟悉调度系统设计与实现，理解任务队列、资源调度、弹性伸缩、优先级控制、容错恢复等关键问题，有高并发任务系统或资源管理平台建设经验者优先； 5、具备良好的工程化能力，熟悉日志、监控、告警、链路追踪等可观测体系建设，能够推动线上系统稳定性、性能与运维效率持续优化； 6、有强化学习环境、仿真平台、训练/评测基础设施、Agent运行底座或复杂Sandbox平台建设经验者优先。
