1、探索AI+社交的创新场景落地，负责TikTok图文产品的Android端研发，打造丰富的社交体验和社交功能； 2、与产品设计配合，深度参与需求评审，功能定义，体验优化等关键讨论； 3、高质量的架构设计和编码，承担重点、难点的技术攻坚，利用行业前沿大模型编码助手辅助方案设计与高质量代码实现； 4、关注Android新技术发展，探索及实践，推动团队的技术研究和创新。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，两年及以上的Android开发经验； 2、深入掌握Java或Kotlin语言，具有良好的架构设计能力，熟悉App开发的主流框架和开发模式； 3、有AI编码工具使用经验，对AI coding保持好奇心并愿意将其转化为核心生产力者加分； 4、熟悉App内存占用、耗电、网络、UI渲染等性能分析和优化的方法； 5、对软件产品有强烈的责任心，具备良好的沟通能力和优秀的团队协作能力。
