1、本科及以上，计算机相关专业毕业或有相关工作经验； 2、学习能力强，对Android开发技术有好奇心，对新兴技术趋势感兴趣； 3、有良好的编程习惯，代码结构清晰，命名规范； 4、扎实的计算机、网络和Android开发相关基础，精通Java及相关虚拟机运行机制，熟悉或能灵活使用Kotlin； 5、对软件产品有强烈的责任心，具备良好的沟通能力和优秀的团队协作能力。
