1、负责PR-PO全流程业务：主要承接日韩区域采购需求，积极响应并深度支持内部用户个性化采购需求，完整覆盖供应商寻源、需求澄清、采购计划制定、招标与合同谈判、供应商交付结算及付款管理等全链路环节；快速建立端到端的采购工作思路，利用采购技能高效完成业务交付； 2、高效处理小额零星采购业务，组织小型招标、开展合同谈判，完成供应商筛选及报价合理性分析； 3、落地运营层面采购策略管理，包含但不限于SOP制定/更新、BPO团队培训、SLA指标监控等工作； 4、具备流程管理思维与意识，充分理解采购流程和管控要点，为内部用户和供应商提供清晰的流程与合规指引，严格落实公司采购政策和管理要求；主动识别、跟进并解决采购到付款（P2P）日常流程问题，在权责范围内落地流程优化举措； 5、具备数据分析及流程优化能力，支持团队完成采购提效、专业能力提升等改善型项目，参与内部采购运营规则制定。

1、本科及以上学历，采购、物流、供应链管理等相关专业优先； 2、有外企工作经验者优先，有多品类采购项目经验者优先； 3、恪守职业操守与商业道德，为人正直诚信；积极乐观，有责任心和适应能力； 4、目标导向、细心严谨，具备优秀问题解决能力与逻辑思维；优秀的沟通和总结能力； 5、语言能力：必须精通英日双语或中日双语；掌握韩语者优先录用。
