1、主导跨端导流链路优化，打通外部渠道到剪映App的用户路径，提升下载、激活转化效率，保障渠道ROI>1； 2、负责产品消息推送全流程规划与策略迭代，通过精细化触达提升用户活跃与转化； 3、负责投放承接页与转化路径设计，协同商业化团队优化广告承接体验，降低用户流失，提升投放用户留存； 4、基于数据与A/B测试挖掘转化瓶颈，输出迭代方案并推动落地，持续优化全链路转化效率； 5、协同市场、数据、研发等跨部门团队，推进项目落地并对增长结果负责。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上产品经理工作经验，有跨端导流、裂变、投放承接相关经验优先； 2、熟悉主流社交/内容平台流量规则，对用户分享动机、转化路径有深刻理解，有成熟项目落地经验； 3、具备数据敏感度与增长思维，能通过数据拆解问题、制定方案并通过A/B测试验证效果； 4、目标导向强，具备优秀的跨部门沟通与项目推进能力，能独立拿结果； 5、对视频创作工具行业有热情，能快速适应业务变化，具备从0到1突破的韧性。
