1、负责字节跳动旗下产品在全球主流应用商店的上架分发、版本迭代、合规政策跟进等日常维护工作； 2、操盘产品在中国大陆地区苹果广告（Apple Ads）投放全流程，包括账户搭建、出价调控、素材优化等，精准把控投放效果，支撑业务用户增长目标达成； 3、协同各产品业务团队，制定并落地ASO和ASA增长策略，持续追踪数据表现，完成效果分析与策略复盘迭代； 4、系统化梳理业务流程，沉淀可复用的方法论，搭建并落地平台化、工具化提效体系； 5、洞察应用商店生态动态、行业趋势与增量机会，挖掘新的增量场景与模式，输出完整的增长方案并推进落地。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上ASO相关工作经验，熟悉主流应用商店生态规则与后台实操流程，有App优化成功项目经验者优先； 2、有1–3年及以上独立ASA全流程投放操盘经验，拥有成熟的账户优化与效果提升案例，有App投放、SEM、SEO相关从业背景者优先； 3、具备抽象思维和创新意识，可推动重复工作的自动化、工具化落地，拥有项目管理经验或AIGC相关项目实践经历者优先； 4、逻辑思维清晰，数据敏感度与业务判断力突出，有韧性； 5、主动学习，拥有良好的跨团队沟通协作能力与团队共赢意识，能高效协同各方达成整体业务目标。
