1、具备To B市场营销、品牌传播或公关相关经验，熟悉国际与本地媒体生态，对To B市场传播规律及受众偏好有深入理解，能够快速适应国际化工作环境，擅长在多元文化背景下开展跨团队和跨部门协作，具备出色的组织协调与沟通能力； 2、推动跨职能协作与项目高效执行，组织并推进复杂的传播及舆情管理项目，善于协调跨部门资源，确保项目全流程高效落地与成果最大化； 3、拥有丰富的舆情风险处理经验，秉持耐心、细心、实事求是的工作态度，脚踏实地，仍能保持清晰逻辑，有序推进各项工作； 4、具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，可独立完成高质量英文报告/策划案撰写，自如开展全英文国际商务沟通与协作。
